What this does — and doesn't — track
- Covers only the OFAC SDN List's own published change record — not the separate OFAC Non-SDN Consolidated List, or EU/UN/UK sanctions lists.
- Every publication is fetched from OFAC's own dated delta document (sanctionslistservice.ofac.treas.gov) — never a self-diff of two snapshots we took ourselves.
- "modified" includes both substantive changes (e.g. a new alias or address on an already-listed entity) and occasional administrative corrections — OFAC's own schema does not label the two differently.
- Informational only, not legal or compliance advice. Always verify any change directly at OFAC's own Recent Actions page before acting on it.
