1. Who this is

draconic21 (operator) runs this site and API. This is an individual/small operator project, not a registered company; no separate legal entity or registered address is claimed here.

2. What we provide

Two kinds of product:

• API routes (this domain) that return data live or near-live from public government sources (SEC EDGAR, OFAC, U.S. Treasury) plus draconic21's own curated research (the Daily Agent Signal family). See /sources for exactly which source backs which route.
• Digital downloads (spreadsheets, guides, local CLI tools) sold through Gumroad.

3. Not advice

Everything returned by this API or sold through this site is informational only. It is not legal advice, compliance advice, tax advice, investment advice, or a substitute for professional judgment. In particular:

• Sanctions-screening results (sanctions_screen, sanctions_delta, the OFAC tools) are a match/no-match signal against OFAC's own published list at the time of the call — not a compliance clearance. Verify any match independently.
• SEC filing/XBRL data is pulled live from SEC EDGAR and reflects whatever SEC has published; it is not investment advice and past filings are not a prediction of future ones.
• Treasury fiscal data reflects Treasury's own published figures as of the refresh time shown in the response.

4. Payments

API calls: paid via the x402 protocol, settled in USDC on the Base network, directly wallet-to-wallet through a payment facilitator. We never see or store your wallet's private key or seed phrase. Because settlement is an on-chain crypto transaction, it is generally final and non-reversible once confirmed — there is no "chargeback" the way there is with a card. If a paid call returns an error or malformed data due to a fault on our side (not an upstream source being unavailable, not a client-side mistake in the request), open an issue via the channel below and we'll investigate; a refund in that case would itself have to be a new, separate on-chain payment back to you, made at our discretion.

Digital downloads: paid via Gumroad, which handles the checkout, card processing, and its own buyer-protection/refund mechanics. See Gumroad's own terms for that flow; we honor Gumroad's standard refund process for the downloads sold there.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use these routes or downloads to violate sanctions law, to build a tool whose primary purpose is evading detection by the very lists this API screens against, to scrape and republish OFAC/SEC/Treasury data as if it were your own primary research, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the payment/authentication mechanisms.

6. No warranty, limitation of liability

Provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. draconic21 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this API or these downloads, including decisions made based on the data returned. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific call or download giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes

These terms may change as the project evolves; the effective date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected in the changelog.
